Returns & Refunds

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

 

To start a return, email support@fountfall.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions and the return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

 

Replacement cartridges are consumables and can be returned only unused and unopened.

 

Damaged or wrong items

 

If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item, email support@fountfall.com with a photo and your order number. Damaged or wrong items are replaced at no cost — no return needed.
