This website is operated by Keepwell, a brand of Omamisabaniscales LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By browsing this store or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices and product availability at any time.

Our jewellery is plated. The gold, rose gold and silver finishes are a plated finish over a base metal, not solid gold or solid silver, and we make no claim about precious metal content.

The photograph you supply is micro-etched inside the stone set into the piece. It is not printed on the surface, and the piece is not a locket, so it does not open. The image is seen by shining a light through the stone.

Your photograph

You keep ownership of any photograph you upload. By uploading it you give us permission to use it for the single purpose of producing and checking your order, and you confirm you have the right to use that image.

We do not use customer photographs in marketing, and we do not share them with anyone other than the production partner who makes your piece. Your photograph is stored with your order record for as long as we need it to make and support that order. If you would like yours removed, email support@keepwelljewelry.com and we will delete it.

Orders

Because each piece carries your photograph, we may contact you before production if the image will not reproduce well. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where there is an error in price or description. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omamisabaniscales LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
