Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship to the United States only.

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum.

Your piece is made to order. Production takes one to three working days, and delivery usually takes a further four to nine working days. Most orders arrive within two weeks of being placed.

Your order is produced and dispatched by our production partner overseas. It does not ship from a US warehouse, and we would rather tell you that plainly than have it arrive as a surprise.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece is dispatched. If tracking has not updated within five working days of dispatch, email support@keepwelljewelry.com and we will chase it.

We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. Please check your delivery address carefully before paying, because an address error is the single most common cause of a delayed order.
